    Our address is 3702 Dulce Court. Behind us is a drainage ditch. There is a manhole cover and water is gushing out of it. It seems that the water is running not simply draining. Broken line?

    The drainage ditch behind our home is not draining. They dug the ditch deeper but it has nowhere to go. There is at least 7 inches of standing water.

    Last month the city came in and build a road in the drainage ditch behind our house in order to install two new telephone poles. Saturday we expect torrential rains and we are very concerned that the water will not drain properly. Is there a plan to address this issue that was caused by the new road? During monsoon season that ditch always fills with water. Where will the water go now? We are very concerned.

    The mosquitoes are so bad on the Rehoboth campus. The children are getting eaten alive at each outdoor recess. Please come and spray near the elementary playground. There is a road that runs along side it.
