Pick up headboard from curb

Per codes compliance, I am resubmitting this under codes compliance instead of tree removal. There are 5 to 8 Palm trees that are in the process of falling down because of rotting at the ground. To date three have fallen on the powerline causing power outages. The fourth tree luckily has fallen the direction of the recently demolished home. The remaining trees need to be removed before they fall on the powerlines again, or worse fall on a person walking by.

There are 425 palm trees at this address, 3495 14th Ave. N., that are slowly falling down. So far three have fallen onto the powerlines. One across the property where the house once stood before being arson to the ground. This morning‘s tree caused a power outage that lasted six hours. The trees appear to be rotting at the ground level and winds are blowing them over.

The gutter was replaced in late August. The pothole was created by the crew working on the gutter. Herminie came through after the cement was poured. An orange cone was left in the pothole. I already made comment to the original request in early September 2016. The orange cone was in the pothole when I left for vacation on 9/16/2016. When I returned on 9/27/2016, the cone was gone, but the pothole remains.

Since it took the city 7 years to replace the gutter, I'm going to assume the city will take just as long to patch the pothole. Can you please advise me as to who I will send the repair bills to have any damage, due to negligence of the city, to my vehicles paid?

The curb from 5521 13th Ave N to the intersection of 55th St N has been in need of repairs since 2005 when I first reported it. There has been no work performed. I am now allowing the grass and weeds to grow in the gutter as agreed upon in my first request, 2005.
