Ver tall palm tree that is about to break off in the wind. When it does it looks like it will land on the roof of the historical woman's club building it is the very first tree on the corner

This palm trees are overgrown and all over the lot. The dance is falling down and trash is ever where. I put a request in Las Year but nothing has been done

We complain and complain about the homeless in our shopping center and nothing is done about it. They continue to be threatening and break into our businesses. Doesn't the city understand that their reactive instead of proactive policies are failures. What a horrible feeling you get driving down riverside dr and even downtown where the homeless have taken over and spread their crimes among our small businesses.

Pulled this construction equipment out of his yard and now it's on the street.

Biggg fire hazard

I think when you allow a property owner to let their building sit in disrepair like this for months on end your inviting graffiti and destruction. So we’re putting in sidewalks to make our city more attractive however we are allowing this to happen. Also what About the cement traffic wall sitting next to the pharmacy across the street from this building. It’s covering a broken block wall that was never repaired

This will be here all weekend because he knows there is no code enforcement on week ends.
