Code issues possible Zoning violation, multiple cars, trucks, motor cycles, four wheelers, golf carts, trash, scrap metal old building material and other debris. The property condition and actions of the occupant has become a concern and nuisance to all the people on this street. Not only is it a safety Hazard and an eye sore but, the occupant of the property "revs" engines all hours of the night, throws junk around, lets his cars and junk run into the streets. I am certain that this property is NOT zoned for a salvage yard or a mechanic shop. This issue has been addressed before, but it is just as bad now if not worse than it was before. Multiple neighbors have made multiple complaints. And it is time for the issue to get resolved and stay resolved.
