    Ground vines are growing over sidewalk making a narrow pathway for walking/strollers/bikes. Over grown shrubs are growing into the sidewalk, again, making walkway narrow. It's becoming overgrown with each new spring/summer season. Not sure if sidewalks near residential property is an issue for private or public maintenance.
