    The city bus stop trash can has not been emptied lately and is overflowing. Some bus riders leave trash around the bus stop and I go out there every 2 to 3 days & place it in that trash can (somebody has to do it). A small city truck comes around and empties the trash can, but not lately.

    During a very heavy rain, my car hydroplaned on Raeford Rd, as I headed east, just as the new VA Health Care Center came into view to my left. I have rather new tires, Michelin Premiers, designed to travel well in rain. I had no problem driving through Hurricane Matthew heavy rain on Plank Road, so I was very surprised when I lost traction. Please have this fixed before someone gets hurt. Thank you.

    tree branches, piled up all along the curb. this is in a curve and homeowner can't see beyond the pile to safely back out of driveway. they have been there since October 10th.
