    Exiting the southbound freeway exit at 106, turning West and then trying to get into the turning lane to go south is so dangerous. you have a limited time to cross 3 lanes of heavy traffic.

    The solution at exits 114 and 90 would greatly improve traffic and safety here at 106.

    1- The Green arrow is at the beginning of the East West flow. It was better running at the end (which it was up until about a month or two ago).
    2-The Green arrow is often way to quick and only allows 2-3 cars.
