  • Curb Repair La Kaydiiyey
    6400 2nd Ave N Saint Petersburg, Florida, 33710 - St. Petersburg
As a daily dog walker, there are some issues around this area. On the corner of 2nd Avenue and 64th St. No. a steel cable is just sitting on the ground next to the streetlight. The storm drain next to the cable issue is absolutely useless. It should be moved to the southwest corner. Just about 50 feet north of that corner where it constantly floods across the entire intersection. I sometimes have to work on the grass to avoid the high water there. Another issue is that the dumpster in the alley behind 6400 Ave. No. the right hinge pin is missing. Then on the S.E. corner of 65th St. and 2nd Ave. No. the tree requires some trimming. Branches are hanging below eye level. Between the curb line and the street.

The alley between 64th St and 65th St No needs cleaning. There is a lot of overgrown grass, broken plastic chairs, and dead branches laying on the sides of the alley. I am a homeowner and walk my dog every day through this alley. Disgusting. Note: I take care of my property from the front curb of 64th St to the alley by myself. With no help. You want a clean city this needs cleaning now.

Tree branches hanging so low I can touch the branches with my hand. Tree is at 6415 2nd Avenue No.. Large trucks and school buses have to detour around it. Also the drains on that corner are useless. There are 2 dips in the road that retain the storm water in 2 large puddles. Needs to be repaved. In the meantime can you please fill in the dips on the S.W. corner of 64th Street and 2nd Avenue No.
  • 6538 2nd Ave N Saint Petersburg, FL, 33710, USA - St. Petersburg
Storm water drainage gully along west side of 64th St. and Eadin lane has over growth between 2nd Avenue up to the power pole #VZ6451 impeding the flow of storm water to the storm drain. Also falling leaves get caught between the cracks causing more problems.

The owner of this property has a nasty attitude issue. I would have 2 people to inspect the property because the owner will curse you and tell you to get off his property. I went to pick up a friend that lives there and brought my dog with me. The owner told me in a very fowl language that I could not bring a dog on his land and that my friend's dog has to go also. She has a 5-pound dog that is her therapy animal because she has high anxiety problems and the dog comforts her. The man does not care about anybody's problems. Her dog is about 13 years old and has heart issues and will not live too much longer. This man has my friend fearing for her safety and triggers her anxiety to a very stressful situation she just cannot handle it. Be extremely cautious when confronting this owner.

This drain was just worked on just a couple of months ago. I know because I reported this issue and I met the crew when they cleaned it the last time. That entire corner is very prone to flooding on both sides.
  • 6400 Lakeshore Dr. No Saint Petersburg, Florida - St. Petersburg
On the corner of 64th Street No and Lakeshore Drive No. there is a storm drain that goes into Lake Pasadena that is in need of repair. The bricks need to be raised up so the leaves from the trees will not get jammed under the grate and block the flow of rainwater runoff into the lake south side near the overflow, The grass is in dire need of mowing - as of this a.m.

As previously reported the front lawn is now over 3 feet tall. The owner has not made any effort to mow his lawn. As of 100:00 a.m. this 8th day of July his car is in the driveway and the sprinklers were watering the lawn. According to your city watering restrictions, his watering day is on Tuesday's only, so that is not up to your codes, isn't it? Owner recently purchased this home within the last 6 months. He needs to get up to date on the city codes. The backyard is just as bad as seen through the slats in the fence. It has a pool in the back but I could not see if the pool has algae. I don't know if it can be seen on google or from your satellite.
  • 6550 1st Ave. No. Saint Petersburg, Florida - St. Petersburg
Dead palm tree laying across the sidewalk in front of the building since Monday. Have to walk over it and adult mobility scooters have to go around it or go through the alley behind it.

Property has overgrown trees in front and rear of the property, east and west property fences in dire need of replacement ( either falling down, missing sections or rotting fencing ). Also a red Jeep that has not moved - that I know of - in 12 years. Property cannot be seen from the air because of all the overgrown bamboo and other trees. Could be a fire hazard with all the dead leaves and trees.
  • Street Sweeping La Kaydiiyey
100 To 500 65th Avenue No. Saint Petersburg, Florida - St. Petersburg
All the streets in this subdivision are in need of sweeping. In some places, the leaves go out over 18 inches from the curb line causing a slipping issue for people with walking canes or walkers in general. Also, clean up the center islands on 65th St No. Trees are in bloom so it's a mess also.
  • 6501 1st Avenue No Saint Petersburg, Florida - St. Petersburg
The storm drain on the northwest corner of 65th Street and 1st Avenue is clogged up causing flooding on this intersection. Also when we have torrential rains both north and south bound lanesincluding the center medium is under water. Most curbing from 1st Avenue to the alley are actually even with the street. The residents have to enter their cars on the passenger side because there is about 4" of water under the drivers door.
  • 6415 1st Avenue No. Saint Petersburg, Florida - St. Petersburg
When ever there is a large storm and a lot of rain the area the large stone is floods so bad the people who live on the corner have to get in their car from the passenger side because the drivers side has over 6 inches of water under the car and yet there is storm drains on both sides of the corner of 1st Avenue No. witch does absolutely nothing to help . The curbing needs to be raised or replaced --too low and needs to be regraded.
  • Pothole La Kaydiiyey

It is about 2 feet deep x 4 feet wide x 3 feet long . It has been like this for 2 weeks and it is getting bigger daily. Safety triangle there but it is about to fall in witch is can result in a car falling in it.
  • Alley Clearing La Kaydiiyey
6415 1st Avenue North Saint Petersburg, Florida - St. Petersburg
On 64th St between 1st Avenue No and 2nd Avenue No the shrubbery is so over grown that there is a broken Verizon pole being held up by all the branches within it. Getting so bad in the last 6 months its getting where it might come down on a car or even ( god forbid ) a person or child. Pole support cables on the ground.
