    308 Overbrook Road is an abandoned/unoccupied residence that is unsecured. Services have been cut off for months and vagrants are entering the premises and removing scrap metal and creating a safety hazard by tampering with the electrical meter/lines and the oil tank. Given the proximity of the houses to one another this is a serious fire hazard. In addition the vagrants are dumping human feces in the alley and causing issues resulting in multiple calls for service to the police.
