    There are several trees that look rotted and hollowed out. There are branches down etc. Some of the trees look either dead or dying. There is also a good sized branch down inside the golf cart entrance to Sundew that needs to be removed. The area could use attention to remove the obvious and to make sure there are no safety issues. Thanks

    The cement storm drain cover has been severely damage for some time. Cones were placed in the street to mark it, but nothing has been done. In addition to the functionality and the length of time it has been in disrepair, it presents a tripping hazard from the sidewalk. It really needs to be repaired sooner than later
