    I would like to see the RFQ, Quote provided by WAC & proof work was completed (including invoice) for the trees that were supposed to be trimmed, (but WERE NOT!) in front of Lincoln house 8/19-8/21.

    Who authorizes these 3-day 'tow-away' zone permits for this company? This is the 2nd or 3rd year in a row that West Coast Arborists have put up these signs, people have found alternate parking, and the company has not shown up AT ALL during the first 2 days. This is a neighborhood where parking is scarce & it is not ok for this to happen again next year.
