I made a report for this on July 25 with no response. It has been more than 4 weeks the neighbor at 3511 Winona Way has been harboring transient on their property. They spend all day under my tree next to the property line by my driveway until midnight, then they sleep somewhere in the back yard. There's three men and a woman plus a dog. The dog barks constant and wakes me up too early. I am tired of this abuse. They have been doing this for the last 3 years. Last year, my mailbox was smashed by one of his homeless guest after I reported theft of river rocks from businesses along Watt Ave. I know that there's a long history of abuse on this property and I put some blame on your office for not citing them appropriately. I have displayed patience throughout the 30 plus years with this mess and not reactionary on all that goes on next door but today I ask for you to pay closer attention to this matter. I have lost my sense of privacy or safety right outside my front door. I want to know:

Why they're allowed to have so much junk on the property which every time they move stuff around the cockroaches migrate to my property.

Why for the last 30 plus years you have allowed a pool filled with black water. Try to convince me that a few fish is going to eliminate the mosquitoes that shorten my stay in my yard.

Why so many unused vehicles on the property. And the constant traffic on unpaved driveway next to my property.

I hope something positive happens soon. My health is greatly affected by this matter.

Thank you for your cooperation and hopefully This time something can be done.

On my way to an appointment, (at 11:30am)I noticed illegal dumping behind dollar tree. Upon my return at 3pm someone ripped store lightings off building.

The owner of this vehicle is being allowed to loiter all day next to my western front fence by neighbor at 3511 Winona Way. Two individuals and a dog. Dog poop in front of my house which after two requests I 'm still ignored. Neighbor near the park where the vehicle is, informed me that they had to call for a dog left in the vehicle on hot day. Any way I blame the neighbor at 3511 Winona Way because he continues to do the same thing for the past few years. Last year my mailbox was smashed after I reported his homeless guess to police for stealing river rocks from businesses along Watt Ave to use on his driveway and ditch in front of his house. The cops were flagged by the suspect, they talked while I stood at the end of my driveway in view of the cops, then they just made a u-turn and left. I was perplexed and let it go. Very disappointing cops don't care enough to be proud of the community they serve. What can be done about this.

This business needs to do better for this community. Two days already with this mess in clear view and store employees walking by it and not doing anything about it is wrong. County needs to wake up and do better for this community.

You're turning your back on my neighborhood for retail business. Looking down my street, from Watt Ave towards Palomino St you see trash everywhere, originally coming from the Dollar tree store. The dumpster area is always open to the public because the employees of the business are too lazy to lock it up. Homeless, prostitutes and others use the place for a bathroom. This enclosed area MUST be locked and secure or the enclosure be taken down ASAP. The management has been told about this but does nothing about it so you must. This past week a fire was set in the dumpster almost setting the building on fire. You must act on this ASAP. The empty lot 3510 Winona Way is owned by them but not police at all, trash all over the place. Since the store opened, I have informed the manager about this and on many occasions about the amount of thief that goes on a daily. I've asked them to hire a security person to deter violations on their property but they look the other way. Do something soon.

This lot is owned by the dollar tree store and the encampment of homeless people is never ending. The police is called, but they come back within minutes. More trash and graffiti in the last few weeks. Please have the dollar tree store include this lot to be patrolled by the private security services.
