Overgrown bamboo plant at curb provides a hangout for homeless having sex, dealing and doing drugs, and the rest of it. Bush needs to be removed for public safety and order.

Human feces in Parking lot on McIlhenny side of 2402 Caroline. Left not by a homeless person but an African American male driving a new white Cadillac with TX plates. Yes, I witnessed it from my window, but I did not get the license

Mr. Brackman's tenants -- at this point it's hard to think of them as transients or trespassers continue their encampment and its attendant health hazards & accumulations of trash.

We've got children living here, they don't need to see this because someone is too busy to tend his property.

Perhaps the mattress that has been part of the homeless camp for the past month on the property -- it looks like it -- has been temporarily moved onto the sidewalk. In any case, it now blocks pedestrians

So, I'd been calling Pct 7 HPD but a few days ago the shelter was reconstructed and as one of the photos shows there's a good deal of other trash in that area and undoubtedly urine.
Someone also needs to remove the brush that they use to anchor their blankets. tarps, etc.

I've called either Pct 7 or HPD daily for a week about transients at camping at this location. Perhaps MMD could get Mr Brackman to secure the fence?

This corner is the epicenter for the highest incidence of violent crime in the entire Houston area.

On the attached map, the number behind the 2 are another 2 and a 13 (yes, thirteen). That is for June 25 to July 5 of this year.
We know the cause: HPD has decided to corral the homeless at the Exxon center and under the Pierce Elevated.
The area is now a no go zone.
