    I downloaded the virtual Flamingo card and added funds to it, but I already have a card. I would like to get a refund for the funds that I have on this card.
  • I purchased two student cards, and I am having trouble activating them. I put money on them, but when the children go to use them, they are not working on the bus.
  • I used my card to board the bus on 4/8. The card charged me twice within 1 minute
  • Using the card on the bus and it is not working and the funds were drawn from my bank account. all the other cards work.

  • It was a lady with four kids and they had to use the bathroom but it did not open until 7 am. I do not think that is fair, if they can sell tickets at 6 am then they can have someone at the restroom at 6 am also. The lady had to take her child across the street to use the bathroom squatting somewhere because the bathroom was not open. Route 275 was coming and the maintenance man came late so I was not going to miss my bus and wait a whole hour I held myself until I got to my stop which was an hour away to use the restroom.
