    THE NEW TRASH COLLECTION COMPANY IS DOING A DISCUSSINGLY POOR JOB,
    MULTIPLE PEOPLE IN WARD F & THRU OUT THE CITY
    IS COMPLAINING OF TRASH NOT PICKED UP, LEAVING MORE TRASH THAN COLLECTING , THROWING CANS AT THE TRUCK, AND WHEN THEY MISS LEAVE THE GARBAGE IN THE STREET,
    AND NOW THE RESIDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO PUT TRASH IN THE STREET CAUSING POTENTIAL TRAFFIC HAZARD ISSUE ,
    THIS IS RIDICULOUS,
    ESPECIALLY IN INCLEMENT WEATHER WITH LOW VISIBILITY,
    LIKE DURING THIS WEEK RAIN STORM!!
    (PEOPLE CROSSING YELLOW LINE NOT TO HIT TRASH BAGS)

    THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST DECISION THE CITY HAS MADE, THERE SEEMS TO BE NO OVERSIGHT AND A WASTE OF MY TAX DOLLARS.
    PLEASE CORRECT IMMEDIATELY !!
