I'm a new homeowner at 312 Goshen. Since I've moved in there has been overflowing recycling bins next to my house blue building on the alley). It looks the the recycling company is refusing to pick it up bc it is mixed trash and recycling. It's been here going on 5 weeks. People seem to be using the recycling bins bc the trash is always full and overflowing in the opposite alley.
