    sidewalk is raised in two areas I have tripped a couple of times and afraid someone is going to get hurt.

    The storm drain is chipped and cracked. The opening is also large. I'm not sure what code is but my dog fell in it. It is large enough for a small child to fall in in especial when its raining and the water is moving swiftly. i would appreciate if someone could come and take a look at it. Thank you
