    There is always a flooded section of the road (leaving Swampscott) at the curve by the golf driving range at the slightest amount of rain On more than one occasion I have had so much water come over my windshield and I was driving blind for a couple seconds It is a serious safety hazard In the daytime you can see it but at night there are no street lights and it is hidden A head on collision could easily happen here

    There is a manhole cover that clunks loudly every time a car drives over it. It was fine until last week ago when it started making noise again. I recall DPW adding seals to these after the pipe lining work was completed a couple years back.

    The rate of speed at which cars drive down Stetson Ave. needs to be addressed. I have place several calls to the general phone number for SPD and the officer that answers the call always notes the request but I don't recall seeing a speed trap on this road in a long time. People routinely drive well above the speed limit and more than a few times a day you will get someone going 50+ MPH. Please address this before someone is seriously injured or killed.

    There is a manhole cover that bangs every time a care drives over it. There are 2 covers right next to each other and it the one closet to the yellow line that is making the noise. This has been addressed in the past but the issue is back.

    The recent storm has pushed the little tree in front of our house over so that it is leaning. It was planted a couple years ago. It cannot be straightened by hand so it either needs a winch or come-along and bracing.
