    The vacant lot next to our office is extremely overgrown. This includes the grass and way overgrown Brazilian pepper tree and the back of the property. Homeless people are living there. Calls to the city of St Pete Beach has produced no action. A Sheriff's deputy even stopped by. Last time it was mowed was Feb. 2nd, 2016.
