The banyan tree at Round Lake Park is full of trash, bedding and unattended belongings. We have a children’s Halloween event at the park on Saturday and would hate for kids to find something dangerous in this area.

This alley is a mess. Can we talk about paving at some point? It seems the alley is being smoothed regularly but the pot holes come back almost immediately.

This alley is a mess. Landscaping debris, entire fencing sections, large cardboard boxes. Can we get this removed as well as some sort of “no dumping” signage?

The Banyan tree at Round Lake Park is being used for storage of transients’ belongings and cardboard box “mattresses.” Assuming from the smell, they’re using it as a restroom as well. I’ve noticed an increase in people under the influence during the morning hours, too.

Lines down in alley next to 616 Grove St. N. County Sanitation truck backed into lines.

Mosquitoes are really bad at Millennium Youth Park (late afternoon/evening). Seem to be swarming over rubber mulch.

The irrigation system at 616 7th St. N is leaking/running into the alley (on the north side of Millennium Youth Park) and washing away/puddling causing large pot holes in the alley.

Unattended bag stored under park bench behind playground. Also noticed lots of red ants on playground ladder.

Rubber mulch around playground is littered with trash, specifically some questionable small plastic baggies, plastic cigar tips, cigar wrappers, and cigarette butts. The playground could use some fresh paint and/or cleaning as well. We have a neighborhood event in this park next month and it could really use some attention.
