    The water ... now ice ... is draining from excessive water runoff from S Street, runs down the alley and onto my property. It has caused the corrosion of the asphalt in the alley behind my house.

    There is an empty lot overgrown with weeds and bushes. The adjacent sidewalk and the sidewalk across from the abandoned lot are so overgrown with weeds and bushes that they are impassible. This problem has been reported on the 311 site more than 10 times. Twice the response has been that the issues belongs to DCRA, with no documentation that it has been referred to DCRA. Children and senior citizens have to walk in the street to avoid the area. People have started dumping discarded material on the lot. Please have the appropriate office in DC Government investigate this problem.

    This problem has been reported more than 10 times. I personally spoke to a DCRA representative who promised to address it. I received an email indicating that the issue had been resolved, which was not true. Please have someone come out to investigate.
