requesting a pedestrian cross walk and possible rapid flashing beacon to connect Oxbo and CRNRA trails to the Waller Park trail. at minimum a painted crosswalk with Pedestrian crossing, yield to pedestrian signs would be improvement. can be very difficult to cross. hike with my young children and is often difficult to get across. this route is part of the signed historic Roswell trail system.

  • 1454 Raintree Crossing Roswell, GA 30076, USA - Roswell
the multiuse sidewalks on old Alabama had been closed for a while during construction of the roundabout. these are open now and are in need of cleaning. heavy debris, thick grass growing in between the sidewalk cracks, branches, etc. there is also a drainage issue on this sidewalk as all the runoff pools mud onto the path at the bottom of the first hill. in addition the crosswalk signal at the bottom of the trail at old Alabama and Riverside does not work. when you press the button it never gives the walk sign. the bike lane areas are in need of cleaning as well and again there is grass and other plants growing up between the asphalt and concrete curb. heavy debris along the bike lanes especially before and after the roundabout.

these crosswalk lights have been out for months. what is status. my children and I use this crossing to go from Greenway to REI and other businesses. this used to be easy with the pedestrian crossing signal but now just have to wait for light to turn and no extra time to cross. please fix as soon as possible.
  • 180 S Atlanta St Roswell, GA 30075, USA - Roswell

request to close this sidewalk gap and add curb cut. this is only missing section between these businesses and the big creek Greenway and big creek park hiking and biking trails. this would make walking and biking to this location easier. given the extremely small section this looks like it would be maybe $1000.
  • 602 Belcourt Pkwy Roswell, GA 30076, USA - Roswell
more of a facility upgrade request. would it be possible to upgrade the current water fountains for a set that are designed more specifically for filling water bottles? since a majority of trail users bring water bottles it would be great to have an option that is better equipped for how majority of users use the fountain.
  • Roswell Riverwalk Trail Roswell, GA 30075, USA - Roswell
for some reason a crosswalk here was lined but then never painted. it appears it was to be white rectangles indicating the road crosses a pedestrian path. I rarely see cars cross there but it would be nice if the city finished this so there was a crosswalk
  • 1020 Sun Valley Dr Roswell, GA 30076, USA - Roswell
can the city add cutting the grass along the new road to their regular maintenance schedule. I couldn't grab a photo because I was driving but the grass here is several feet high and looks very bad. if someone could make sure it gets cut soon and then ensure it is on the regular maintenance schedule.

  • Roswell Greenway Roswell, GA 30076, USA - Roswell
sign has faded and is becoming hard to read. believe the sign used to have two arrows going opposite directions. I believe this is the location where a cyclist was killed when this Greenway first opened after crashing head on with another cyclist around this turn.

not sure if this is parks or a row maintenance, but there is posion ivy growing around the bike rack along Riverside making it only usable for one bike. ideally poison ivy would be cleared so two bikes can use rack as intended. as a side note I moved the trash cans as they are placed so close to the bike rack as to not allow the bike rack to be used. they cannot be located directly adjacent to the bike rack. recommend leaving at least 3 feet in either direction of the rack to allow access. this is a a great spot along the Chattahoochee and love having this rack here to allow folks to stop and enjoy the shoals or if they are going to stop for fishing. third note the trash cans were filled with standing water. may need kids or some form of drainage.
