Where is the source retention pond for this culvert? Really bad sedimentation and foul odor from this area. Iikely retention pond is either failing or beyond capacity. Multiple other streams running clearer.

Trash build up along the entrance to the big creek greenway at Mansell. Would be great for City to organize volunteer cleanup along this area. Trash seems to be flowing down from businesses and has increased pretty significantly since the movie theater opened back up though certainly not all related.

the trail underneath Roswell Road needs to be raised. currently users have created a man made bypass to get around through mud and slick rocks. This is a very simple fix of raising the trail level in the one area for a stretch of maybe 15 yards. Today with the river not even at flood stages this section of trail was the only section of trail along the ENTIRE 5+ miles of Riverwalk trail that was flooded. when the city moves forward with the Gateway project this will be the ONLY option for a pedestrian to pass between Azalea and Riverside Road as it is this is the only safe pedestrian option but with nthe new tunnel and overpass if this is flooded peds will have to walk along the side of the road through a tunnel to get between Azalea and Riverside.
