    Once again in same neighborhood. Now blocking driveways. The TPD states this is a "civil matter" and is between "us and them". All the while, not providing proper contacts, or any for that matter, on who to discuss these parking situations with, that are putting our homes at risk. Any input or information would be helpful here. We can't even get in/out of our garage without doing the shimmy.

    Our community is small, still being built and has guest only parking, at the current end of the block which will soon be pushed through. While the community guidelines and the builder state the parking is guest only, by rule of the city, we aren't sure who to contact and speak with at City of Tukwila to help with enforcement and clarity. We've had the police out numerous time and get a different message each time with how to proceed. 34th Ln S, across from "the samara" on 144th St. any direction or assistance with this would be much appreciated as it's turning into a larger hassle than anticipated.
