    100 N 17th St. Richmond, Virginia - Shockoe Bottom
    In the intersection of Main and 17th Street, there is an new asphalt patch that has become sunken. Vehicles hit the bump going through the intersection and it caused damage to my own vehicle's alignment. There needs to be a "BUMP" sign placed there if it cannot be fixed soon.
