    To whom this may concern.
    You have closed my complaint and requested that I name the trash company that is in violation of the noise ordinance and then file a new complaint.
    Just how exactly am I supposed to do this???
    I am not going to stand outside every day of the week at 5:30am to see if and or when this truck arrives.
    I thought that the county would send an representative to the property to ask & verify just whom this property has hired to remove this trash. isn't that how your system works?

    If I was to attempt to open the dumpster gate, to possible see if there was a name printed on the dumpster itself I am pretty sure this would be trespassing and I do not wish to go down that path.
    The persons in the business on the property are not particularly friendly to me from my past interactions with them.

    I have already had to spend thousands of dollars
    in a multi year law suit for a different issue that has finally been resolved and do not wish to go down that path again.

    So I am requesting that you reopen this complaint and you send your inspectors to the property to ask what ever questions you want to solve this issue. If you want the name & phone number of the property owner I will be glad to provide it to you upon request.

    Finding the name of the trash company should not be my responsibility.
    As I mention in my description below I have made contact with the property owner and it was his decision that I make a formal complaint to the County.

    Noise violation Garbage dumpster being emptied at 5:30am

    Over the past several weeks the trash dumpster on this property named which is located approx. 20ft from my bedroom window has been emptied earlier & earlier, this morning we were awoke at 5:30am! The times & days of this occurrence has varied week to week & month to month

    We have contacted the owner of the business property & he suggested that I file a formal complaint with the proper County officials as he believes this is out of his hands, although he advised he would look into this to see what he could do.

    We have suggested to the property owner that this dumpster be relocated from it's current location (south side of lot 20ft from our home to the north side of the parking lot ) located on the 54th ave North side & we are awaiting a response from the owner as to whether or not this is in his purview or not.

    The dumpster when emptied as everyone knows is lifted up over the truck & banged multiple time to ensure the dumpster is emptied. This as everyone knows is extremely loud then when lowering the dumpster it is then dropped rattling our windows. Then the truck has to back up and we hear the safety back up system (BEEP,BEEP,BEEP ) until the truck can pull forward out of the property.

    The final issue is that any trash that does not empty into the truck falls onto our property into the palms that we planted between our two properties to hide the parking lot from our view.
    We have lived hear since 1995, we are retired and just wish to spend our retirement years peacefully.

    Any help from our Pinellas County Government friends would be greatly appreciated.

    After Irma I discovered that a portion of my ( variance approved ) 12ft fence had been taken down by a combination of wind & Bazillion pepper trees. located between my fence & a business property fence described. approx 50ft of my fence had been destroyed. I have since removed the debris and placed as requested by the county on front my lawn near street for county collection. My neighbor to the North of me is not residential but a business. The County required this business to erect a 6ft fence to separate my property from his during original construction. After Irma, when I discovered my fence was taken down it also exposed his 6ft fence which was partially taken down and the entire fence was leaning.
    I went to the office of Dr. Lisa DiSanto and spoke to the receptionist advising her that the fence was not just leaning but two sections had come completely down. I advised her that someone ( lawn service ??) had lifted the downed section of fence and decided to lean it up against the section of my fence that had not been taken down by the storm. She took my name and phone number and told me to expect a call from the owner of the property. The call never came, however a man showed up at my door the next day 10-3-2017 introduced himself as representing the business described above and he was here to fix the fence. I brought him to my property to show him that his fence required a complete replacement as mine did. He originally wanted to support his existing fence by stabilizing it to the Bazillion pepper tree stumps that were in the easement between our two fences. I advised this man that would not be possible because I had already contracted with a tree service to cut the stumps to ground level and use an industrial grade poison to kill the root system. The next day I went out to remove one final section of fence that I needed to replace and discovered that this man decided to use my existing 12ft fence ( without my permission ) and use wooden supports connected to my fence and his to put his existing fence back up instead of replacing his 4x4x8 posts and fencing properly. I was not pleased that this was done . He crossed my property line and is using my fence to stabilize his fence. I told these people that I did not want the extra weight attached to my fence for fear it could not withstand the weight load, especially in high winds. I went back to the doctors office 10-4-2017 10:00am spoke to the same receptionist and she advised me I would receive a call from the owner. I advised her that I never received a first call from anyone. Again it is now 6:00pm est 10-4-2017 and I have not received any calls from anyone. I am hoping that the County has some regulation regarding this and will take this over from me. I have been respectful to all I have dealt with in this matter I have been patient waiting for calls that have not come and I am in the process of replacing my own fence with new posts,slats & concrete. I am requesting that the supports holding his fence up that are attached to my fence be removed and that they either fix their fence properly or replace it properly. My own fence delay is due to the tree service. I have already contracted with them to do the work but was advised that due to Irma I would have to wait approx. two weeks or less before they could do the work. I am prepped and ready to complete my 12ft fence but I now need the County's assistance in this matter. Can you help me with this?

    As a home owner I am expected to keep my property maintained.
    As a Business (appears to be closed for business ) the owner of the property in violation again appears to require a reminder from the county that they also have a responsibility to maintain their property without having to be reminded by the surrounding residence or the county. I reported this same property 9-23-2016 ISSUE I.D. 2934255 ( tall grass ) and here we are again almost one year later and I again find it necessary to file a the same complaint. There are also large tree branches that are lying on the property. I am uncertain if these trees are the located on their property( the trees located on the south west property near the BBQ area that run along the homeowners property) but they also need to be maintained and trimmed. The dead branches are a risk to the nearby homes during a high wind storm or hurricane. The owner of the property should not have to be reminded as a property owner they owe it to their business and residential neighbors to stay on top of their property maintenance. There is usually a vehicle parked in their lot sometimes many vehicles so I know they are aware of the violation they just choose not to maintain their property without a push from County officials. I do not know if this property is destined for a future business or rezoning for other uses however, until that decision has been made we the surrounding neighbors would appreciate the cleanup. The wire fence that is also located behind the BBQ pit area that runs along the property is supposed to be there to separate their property from our property however this wire fence has deteriorated to non-function status it has patched holes and broken supports again this is an item that needs to be repaired or replaced. The roof of the BBQ pit area is also in disrepair and in high winds sections have been blown off of it. Maybe it is time to bring it down completely before it does some real damage to surrounding homes. The uploaded picture just shows one area of violation there are many area's on the property that require attention.

    The Grass & weeds have not been cut since the building & property became vacant. This property boarders my property. The entire property has not been maintained. This property was formerly Rebos Social Club.
