As a result it stays red for Parkway traffic far too long most hours of the day and particularly at night. Traffic must idle and pollute. Either switch to a demand cycle or set the cycle to accommodate actual vehicle usage.

The dirt is pressed down by the tracks of whatever is doing the excavation and contains puddles of water, forcing pedestrians to walk in the street.

    The traffic light at the Hubbard/Huron Pkwy intersection is extremely inefficient due to the divided nature of the Pkwy and the long duration of the lights. The solution is easy--create a no left turn intersection (like the one at Glazier) using left turn cutouts in the Pkwy median.
