    This mound of dirt was left on the yard at the Manassa Pope Lane entrance from Creedmoor Road to our neighborhood. This was done by a contractor installing fiber optic cable, which is labeled with MCS Verizon signage. Verizon is unable to identify who did the work based on my 5 calls to them. They have referred me to the City. Can the City remove this dirt and restore the grass, or identify the contractor which can make suitable remedy?
