    Okay, reported this three prior times. Our lights have been out since before Halloween. The ticket was closed weeks ago with the notation a part hS been ordered and will be fixed within 2 weeks.

    It is well past two weeks and the street is still dark. This is completely in acceptable. I pay ridiculously high taxes - fix the lights.
