    Completely dead tree is shedding limbs and bark signaling eminent fall
    It is outside the resident's property line and they unsure if it is a city or utility issue that needs to be addressed Limbs have been falling into the power lines and onto Boylan Ave since the last April storms.
    Tree as a whole is in danger of falling into the street taking out the power and utility lines that are underneath it

    Gnarly metal border that has been damaged like this for over 8 months - now it's pretty sharp and even more dangerous There is another sharpened rusty projectile across from this one
    This is located on the walk towards the swings overlooking the natural grass fields I recently pointed it out to some CoR Park employees and they simply shrugged and kicked it
