Logs in gutter and on right of way pose a hazard to traffic and block the flow of water in the gutter.

All of Malwood and Lee Road need street sweeping. Gutters and road are full of leaves, pine straw soil etc which is being washed to storm drains and also causing excessive water on the roads during rains.

Dead tree on right of way needs to be removed for public safety. It is DANGEROUS since it has been dead for several years and most of the limbs have already fallen, some on the power lines and into the road. Thia problem has been reported several times most recently last fall.

Malwood Dr and Lee Rd need to have the streets swept and the gutters cleaned of accmulated leaves, pine straw and other debris. The clogged up gutters are causing water to flow into the street missing the storm drains. The photo is typical of areas on these roads.

This tree is now completely DEAD, is on the right a way and should be removed ASAP. It poses a threat of falling on the power lines and into the road. It has been dying for several years and has been dropping limbs in the road. DANGEROUS

Previous repairs on the cave in at storm drain ( #s 4864229 & 4936746) are already failing after 2 rains. Over 50% of the asphalt placed where the concrete curb was has washed into the storm drain exposing the underlying crush&run which will erode further with more rain. Please make a permanent repair. This is the 3rd call on this issue since 9/21/18.

Cut back limbs, brush etc from 820 to 771 Malwood. Limbs and brush are growing into the street obstructing views in the curve. Vehicles move to center of the road to avoid the brush. Please cut the vegetation to improve safety. This is a DANGEROUS situation now!
