I've had bulky items curbside since 1/18/2022 and have submitted multiple requests for pick up with success. Please advise.

I put in two requests about mattresses and box springs being picked up on 1/19/22. I had the mattresses out the Monday afternoon before and no one ever came despite the notices bulky pick up was 1/19. The items are on the curb in an HoA community. I really need them picked up, please. I don't want to be fined.

We have a cal king mattress, a full mattress, and box springs curbside for pick up on 1/19/2022.

Cut an overgrown tree back. Will have extra limbs and branches for collection.

I have a small recycle bin that needs picked up. I've requested twice and my neighbor kept moving the bin. It's is on the right side of the garage door.

Small blue bin needs picked up. Second request.
