Further to COH notice (project 51597/40747) for Sec 10-451(b)(10) overgrown lot HCAD# 1302680010001 on 10/4/2016, workers cut the grass but left cuttings and trash on Wilson street. These look ugly and will flow into the storm drains. Please ask owner to clean lot and not throw the trash on his lot into the street.
