    Blasé café, the restaurants dumpster is typically disgusting. Based on the location, we are having complaints due to the stench. There are many other options to relocate the dumpster. I do not want to block access but I have requested the dumpster be relocated and nothing has been done about it. Basil, former owner had the same complaint – at his age did not want to address the renters of blasé building. The dumpster is less than 10 feet from occupied rooms and MUST be relocated immediately

    We have power, however the grounding wire is down so we're not having full phase. We have FEMA transplants needing places to sleep – how could we go about getting the simple fix fixed seeing how we do you have power?
