    Blasé café, the restaurants dumpster is typically disgusting. Based on the location, we are having complaints due to the stench. There are many other options to relocate the dumpster. I do not want to block access but I have requested the dumpster be relocated and nothing has been done about it. Basil, former owner had the same complaint – at his age did not want to address the renters of blasé building. The dumpster is less than 10 feet from occupied rooms and MUST be relocated immediately
