Station wagon car parked in driveway does not move or run. The vehicles parked in this driveway also block the sidewalk. The privacy fence is falling down too.

1756 S. Pine Ave, Broken Arrow. I was driving down Pine Ave and a rat came out of all the used carpet that is laying beside the mailbox. This carpet needs to be removed asap.

At 1804 S. Pecan Ave. This residence needs to be cleaned up. This unpleasant site can be seen driving down 91st street. It is an embarassment for this neighborhood. The truck/Suv or whatever that is in the driveway needs to be towed. It never moves.

At 708 w. Memphis Street. There are at least 4 dogs at this residence that barks frequently. This is ridiculous. This was a quiet neighborhood until they moved in.

At 1309 there is a red suv/car parked in the grass on side of house

At 801West Pittsburg Street. Tree needs to be cut back or cut down. It obstructs cars and trucks driving down this street due to sticking out in street. Vehicles have to go around it.

At 1100 S. Fern Ave and 700 W. Memphis Street there is a pothole that has been filled several times. This section of asphalt needs to be replaced or concreted because City of BA is wasting their time and money on this same pothole. See attached photo of this popular pothole

At 524 W. Toledo St. Broken Arrow, this white truck is being used for storage. It does not move. As you can see in the photo this truck does NOT have tags

At 1100 S. Elm and 700 W. Memphis Street entering the neighborhood, the street needs repaired. This has been detoriating for a few yrs now.

At the entrance and exit of 3500 S. Elder Ave and 2500 W. New Orleans St. (Wolfcreek neighborhood). There is a shrub/bush that is blocking the sidewalk. I was leaving the neighborhood and a child on a bicycle came around the shrub on a bike after he/she was released from school and he/she almost got hit by a car because the cars pulling out cant see around the shrub. This shrub needs to be taken out or trimmed so a terrible accident doesnt happen. I have attached 3 photos to this report to where this location is.

City of BA came to Central Park Estates and re-done the sidewalk ada tile ramps but the streets needed re-done more than the sidewalks. Why wasn't the neighborhood streets re-paved?
