I have reported this issue multiple times and will continue to do so with new photos every time this individual continues this ongoing business.
I have already submitted many photos and will continue documenting until this is stopped. How many photos would you like, Timmy?
    Escalate this issue.
    For the third time.
News media as well as legal council is being contacted.

Carport added on to / extended down side of house with no permit and in violation of code. Original support compromised. Extended structure is supported and extends beyond easement boundary and right up to property line. Improper guttering dumps water onto neighboring property.

Multiple areas of dead grass at Hoffman Park.

Neighbor running auto repair shop in front yard. Working on different cars every day. Customers coming and going. There have even been multiple tow trucks back and forth. I confronted the neighbor about it a year ago and he drastically curbed the activities but now is starting up again.

This area clearly does not qualify as a "driveway" or "parking surface" by any means.
  • 9035 Los Arboles Ne Albuquerque, New Mexico - Albuquerque
This resident insists on parking one of the two vehicles shown in the front yard every day. I will say, Both of these vehicles are driven on a regular basis, but one or the other is ALWAYS on the front yard at some point during the course of a day. (12:08 pm today, May 27'th 2013) ...but more often in the evening after business hours.
Do Zoning rules and regulations only apply during Zoning's office hours??
If not, how do we get enforcement on Zoning rules that are only violated during evenings and on weekends??
  • 8919 Matthew Ne Albuquerque, New Mexico - Albuquerque
There have been vehicles parked in this front yard for YEARS. Neighbors have tried to file Zoning complaints in the past multiple times.
Just another front yard parking problem to add to the list.
  • 8730 Claremont Ne Albuquerque, New Mexico - Albuquerque
This vehicle has been sitting for some time. The tag is expired.

As per my previous post....tThis is precisely WHY this needs to be kept in check. THIS beautiful home has always been kept current with the surrounding homes.....one of the nicer parts of the neighborhood. But since two houses down one resident thinks he can defame the area with cars parked on the front yard....well whaddaya know.....now it is spreading up the street. Big surprise? Not. I only recently noticed these people propagating this rule breaking. Clearly, they see their neighbor getting away with it, so why can't they do it as well.
Please clean this up before the whole neighborhood turns into a junk yard
  • 8711 Fairbanks Ne Albuquerque, New Mexico - Albuquerque
This individual has had vehicles parked in his front yard since he moved in years ago. Nobody says anything. It's time to end this. The violation I am posting right after this one post is THE REASON why.
I have *never* driven by this address and NOT seen a vehicle parked on the front yard.
So please don't waste my time by saying "no violation observed" on such and such a date and time. It will take no time to spot it if you *happen* to drive by the one time was no vehicle on the yard. Check again. I promise you will see it within any one day period.
  • 9018 Claremont Albuquerque, New Mexico - Albuquerque

Here is yet another front yard parker.
This one seems to be at work or somewhere during the day. Please do your verification of this one in the evening. I will be happy to post daily photos with time and date stamps if needed.
"Property was inspected and no violation found" will be responded to with more photos.

    Thanks!!

As always, more and more people are thinking they can park cars on front yards.
Let's get a move on this, Zoning. As with every other issue in this neighborhood, we won't go away on you :)
While you are driving through, do us a favor and cite the dozens of other violations you see, to save me the hassle of having to take photos and post another blitz of them for you. Enforce them on your own time and save yourself the stress of having a deadline from SeeClickFix.
The more you enforce now, the less build up you will have later. And that is one thing you can be sure of is continuing violations. The more you nip in the butt now, the less work you will have later as we all know these violations multiply and spread like wildfire. But word SURE DOES get out to everyone when you guys get out here and clean house. Please keep it up.

Thank you so much for putting my taxpayer dollars to an approved use!!!
