    The southbound and northbound green signal changes to red too quickly not allowing bleed off of traffic build up. I noticed this problem start after a power outtage about a month ago. At times the traffic backs up southbound from Lansbrook Blvd to Ridgemoor Blvd. and northbound from Tarpon woods Blvd to Ridgemoor Blvd.
