    Closing a  ticket early morning on first business day after the problem was sent tells me nobody looked at the tennis courts. The response you did give was laughable.  Ive included a screenshot in photos so others can see how ridiculous the response. Who's in charge of park mantance and a form of contact? I'll contact them directly.  See Click Fix has become usuless reporting problems. Whomever is in charge of responses thats trying to armchair quartback problems needs to do their job.

    Homeless sleeping in park and surrounding area. I've lived in HSV just about my entire life and have been traveling for the past year I've stayed in many big cities as I wondered. The homeless have ruined many of them especially Denver. All that to say it needs to be addressed now or Hsv. will be the same. I see bicycle police on the weekend but this is also needed through the week at night.

    Drain at corner of Pratt and Russell, NE corner, was cleaned out by city employee Saturday night during rain storm. I don't blame him for not disposing of trash that night but needed to make a ticket to pick up later. I waited till Wednesday then I cleaned debris out of my yard. The second drain 10 yards North of same intersection has a grate that will not stay on creating a hazard. The final drain is at the back left corner of 801 Pratt Ave in front of utility pole. This drain has been cleaned out before but needs to be reworked.

    Storm drain at the NE corner of Pratt and Russel is constantly being run over by large trucks making the turn onto Russell. The concrete has been busted again and needs repaired. Not sure if there's a metal option that would not break everytime its run over.
