    Leaf Shade Dr & Old Saint Johns Ln Ellicott City, MD, 21042, USA - Ellicott City
    There are pine trees and weeds at the corner of Old St. Johns Lane and Leaf Shade. These trees are now blocking the view of drivers on Leaf Shade to see people walking on Old St. Johns Lane. This is an area where a lot of children walk to and from school and people walk their pets.

    The large blue spruce is dying and in need of removal before it falls and blocks St. Johns Lane, or it takes down the power lines.

    We have a drainage ditch/ storm water run off area in front of our house. Over the years erosion has made it more and more difficult to safely mow. It has also developed a few areas that are deep and hold water. These areas although small have been swarming with mosquitos. I have tried to use mosquito dunks to control them, but one rain washes them out. The pipe that was placed on either side of the ditch are also blocked. Im not sure what can be done to make the ditch safer and more efficient in moving the water so there is not standing water.
