The leaves are still here from last Fall. Yesterday the street sweepers came around and went around the the leaves in the road. I was hoping they would get to some of this mess and clean it up. No luck. I cleaned the storm drain and am trying to put the leaves in my two brown barrels every week. Whom ever us responsible for cleaned this up and maintaining this should be notified. Thanks.

On the back side of the Carr Hardware plaza, some of the sidewalks were cleared but they weren't on Dover Road. People and kids use the sidewalk and now they are walking in the road. There is also a bus stop on the corner of Dover and Foxcroft. Please address this issue. Thank you.

The side walks in back of the Carr Harware/Dollar Store plaza have not been cleared from the show we got on the 13th. There is also a concern from a few weeks ago to also clear the leaves that were not removed. People in the neighborhood have been walking in the street and slipping on this uncleared sidewalk. Thanks for addressing this.

Vehicles have a tough time turning the corner at this intersection of Dover and Foxcroft. The basketball hoop belongs to the owners at 5 Dover. With the basketball hoop sticking half way out into the road, vehicles can't get around it without driving into the oncoming traffic lane. Monthly, the fire department drives their trucks through and when they make the turn into this intersection heading north, they come very close to hitting the hoop and then have to go into the oncoming traffic lane to avoid it. Trash removal trucks, school buses and general traffic all have a difficult time at this intersection. If someone would get the owner to push this completely off the street, with the hoop also not sticking out on the street we would appreciate it. Thanks.

The pole broke a month ago when a tree fell on the wires. A new pole has been installed. The old, broken streetlight is laying near the pole. Please replace/install a new street light. It is right on an intersection and it is pretty dark there at night with the trees full. Thanks.

At the intersection of Foxcroft and Dover in back of the Carr Hardware plaza, the round sewer cover at the intersection seems to be bent and makes a loud sound when vehicles travel over it. The cover got damaged when the people that cut the large oak tree down last week dropped a large log onto it from about 25 feet up in the air while on their cherry picker bucket. Before that there were no issues with the cover. I moved the cover around and cleaned the contact surfaces under the cover but it still teeters. I marked the high point with a yellow wax pencil. I spun the cover around to see if the teeter point moves and it does. Thanks for looking into this. You do a GREAT job addressing and acting on concerns to keep our town safe. Thanks again.

The area on the side and in back of the property at 481 Enfield Street has not been maintained since the Spring of 2019. The leaves were never picked up last Fall, the grass has never been cut, and there is discarded garbage scattered along the property. After complaints last year the property was partially cleaned up. It was still neglected in back on the corner of where Foxcroft and Dover intersect. The cleaning crew stopped cleaning up the area around 5 Dover. This is an eyesore and the leaves blow into the nearby yards all year long. The sidewalk also doesn't get cleared of the debris and leaves, people in the neighborhood clean it off. I have been cleaning this area for the past 40 years and am done with it. Time for the owners to be responsible.
    Thank you.

At the corner of Foxcroft and Dover in back of Carr Hardware, the construction company that put the drain basins in last Fall left a pile of dried cement right in the middle of this lot on the NW side of the road. Also left which should be removed is the temporary post that holds the electric meter and supply. The electric doesn't seem to be connected but it still could be considered to be dangerous. I have been working to clean up the property otherwise of the leaves and debris that accumulated. I can't really dispose of the cement in the weekly trash removal. Thanks, I appreciate it.
