    Pan handler standing in the middle of the road at westbound Marconi immediately east of Howe Ave. There is no median at this location so he is sticking out into each side/lane making it very difficult to drive past to avoid hitting him. He stands there EVERY DAY during the evening rush hour till at least 6:30 pm. Being broke does not mean he has the right to stand in the middle of traffic!!!

    There are multiple (>10) potholes ranging from 12" in dia to 24" in dia. In the westbound Marconi no. 2 lane starting from Mission Ave., and ending at Norris. All are several inches deep (>3") and require severe swerving along the entire stretch of road.
