    Requested repair numerous times since 2019.

    Asphalt at the driveway apron is sinking and broken up. Now causing damage to the paver driveway due to the absence of mass holding the concrete paver border. The paver repair is going to be extensive and worsening without the city roadway repair.

    Please take care of the asphalt before we cannot use the driveway. Thank you.

    Crossing signal button on the Southeast corner is non-functional the past 2 days. buttons work on the other side.

    by the way the new style buttons apps the intersection of 1st Avenue South and 7th Street work flawlessly

    I see you closed the previous report on the work performed at this intersection. Please inspect directly the quality of the work, it is not complete and not satisfactory. Additionally, it's expected workers would clean up after themselves and not leave for the residents.

    Crosswalk signal used for 8th Street North at the intersection of 3rd Avenue North. The past week I've noticed it's constantly flashing during the morning commute hours. I don't know if this is intentional for morning intentional for morning pedestrian traffic to warn drivers to slow down or a malfunction.
