A public trash recepticle is needed at the north exit of the Waterfront Park where it intersects with Penny Lane & Depot Street. The public & Park users are constantly throwing their trash (mostly bags of dog poop) on private property in the neighborhood or just leaving it on the side of Lake Street as they head up Depot Street.

Vehicles pulling out of 216 Lake Street unable to see up Depot Street. Bicycles, skateboards, etc coming down Depot Street at high speed unable to see vehicles pulling out of 216 Lake Street. Depot Street needs a 'Caution Hidden Drive on Left' ⚠ warning sign or something. Thanks.

    216 Lake Street hit again

216 Lake Street hit again... Just a week since it was repainted after the last vandalism. Pretty much zero police presence in this neighborhood after dark and constant vandalism on public and private property.

This is not a complaint about "graffiti on BED equipment" per se... and I'm really impressed that BED seems to take serious action when ugly vandalism graffiti appears on it's property. How do we get Comcast and Consolidated Communications to do the same?!? Their junction boxes on public and private land throughout the City are tagged with old and new graffiti and these corporations refuse to clean any of it. Where is the website for other utilities' public eyesore property tagged with ugly graffiti? And what City ordinance governs graffiti on pubic utility boxes placed on private land that owners' have no control over due to pre-historical easements? Thanks.

Abandoned propane tank on side of bike path in Waterfront Park. Along with lots of other junk and trash scattered all over Park after this weekend's unprofessionally conducted event. BTV needs to increase supervision of events and cleanup afterward on our property.!

There has always been a problem with speeding/racing on Lake Street in the warmer months... usually packs of motorcycles with exhaust so loud it rattles the windows and nearly blows out the eardrums of the residents who live on this street. And it often happens later at night after most of the pedestrians have cleared out and when there is no police presence. The amount of all hours traffic down here has definitely increased with the Lake Street Extension and new skatepark. Some speed humps in the vicinity of 200-216 Lake Street to slow people down would be helpful.
