at this location, and under a bridge directly across from it, there are assorted and abandoned bicycles, wood, tents, trash, drink machines, benches, grills, and garbage strewn all over the grounds occupied by homeless. just saw an unleashed young pitbull there light color with brown spots. graffiti everywhere around bridge and infrastructure there. completely unsafe. please clear and clean this area permanently.
