City Facilities Maintenance Archived220 Ponce De Leon Place Decatur, Georgia - DecaturI work at Little Shop of Stories and walk home at night (in the dark now that Fall is here). Could you please tell me why so many street lights are out? Especially around the courthouse, it is very dark and I am really afraid walking by there! All along Ponce are a lot more lights - Why can they not be turned on at dusk?
