Park Place west condos- excessive trash and possible illegal dumping.
This is a reoccurring problem where people are dumping trash outside of Park Place West dumpster. This is an eyesore and embarrassment to the community.

This is my 3rd report for Jerry's market shopping carts being left abandoned and scattered. Each time I am informed that this will be addressed and the case is closed, but have not seen any changes with Jerry's Market, they leave their carts all over the parking lot. If this is something I should not bother to report just let me know.

I reported this a couple weeks ago to see click fix and received a notification it was "resolved" but the same shopping carts are still left abandoned. It looks as if Jerry's market does not even care because carts are left all over their parking lot and at Park Place West. Needless to say it makes the area look trashy.

Jerry's market does a poor job of collecting their carts each day. These are the same carts that were here last week. I see their carts left abandoned at Auto zone and Park Place west all the time. I think it's makes the area look trashy. Isn't there an ordnance for shopping carts?

Not entirely sure what utilities these belong to, but these have been in disrepair for quite some time, and there are a lot of children playing in the area. This is the common grounds at Park Place condominiums.

Jerry's Market, and Target have to keep better control of their shopping carts that people steal from their stores. They are littered all over the area of Dequindre/16 mile, particularly near Autumridge housing complex, and Park Place condos. It looks so trashy for the city. Furthermore tonight I was riding my bike with headlight on but still did not see the dark gray shopping cart that was left partially on sidewalk and I fell off my bike
(my fault ) but again people either need to return the carts to the store or not take it at all.

This looks terrible, it is an ongoing problem, have complained about this before with no resolution.

Suggestions? I feel embarrassed. Sterling Heights needs to do something about this so this does not become the norm.

Georgetown office building has had several occasions lately of excessive trash outside their dumpster which is next to Park Place condos. Additionally when Garbage is collected it is usually very early in the morning which is loud and disturbing to the neighborhood.

Is there any ordinance about people using shopping carts and then leaving them in their front yard?
Almost daily I see one to two shopping carts from Target and the Middle Eastern supermarket in the front yard of the Park Place condo that faces 16?mile.

I consider this an eyesore which makes our general area look trashy.

Multiple potholes on East bound 16 mile road far right lane after Autozone and before Park Place Condo's. When is Macomb county going to fix this ongoing problem instead of just throwing down patch?
