Northbound I-215 right lane over North Temple there is a pothole

lights in the middle of Bangerter Highway around 70th south stay on in the day time

New joints on 215 over Jordan river northbound are rough ( need to be profiled ) Also southbound at California Ave the same problem.

very bad pothole in right third lane at Jordan river . Left inside lane was already repaired.

off ramp west bound exit to from 201 to 3200 west heading south bound out side lane cement is raised up causing uneven surface

Eastbound California Ave on the east side of 5600 west where asphalt end and the cement starts it has mounded up making it rough and bumpy. Really bad traveling

Street lights under the 201 over pass are out at Redwood road
