Paper not picked up

Today, I accidentally ran a red light because the line to stop at wasn't visible. It was either covered with dirt or is non-existing. I realized it when I did stop at the white lines that mark the pedestrian crossing towards the Shell gas station. I thought that was the line to stop at. I imagine I was not the first one to run that light.

Maybe time to clean street signs? This one is already growing moss...

Paper recycling was not picked up

Drainage blocked and big puddle right where crossing guard gets pedestrian across Summit Ave.

Both drains blocked by leaves

No wonder this bin finally broke. The recycling crew always throws recyclng bins around. How difficult is it to place bins down and not throw them!?

Fourth time I am reporting a blocked drainage! The one on the other side of the street, in front of property 14 Fernwood seems to drain well. Not the one in front of 11 Fernwood!

Despite workers clearing out debris from the drainage it is still blocked. Please see attached pic, taken 5/13/19 @ around 2.55pm

Co-mingled only partially emptied, container thrown to ground with contents spilling into street (owner since cleaned up)

2nd week paper recycling was not picked up. Next door neighbor's was picked up. Go figure!

Normal trash collected but not the two light tubes that are clearly visible in trash bin. They were not picked up

This morning, at around 7:40, there was no police officer present to direct traffic. This lead to cars on Weaver lining up all the way up to the High School.

There has not been paper recycling pick-up all day yesterday and today as of 9:30am
