We used the new Ryland Recycle trash can that you guys delivered, and STILL our recycling was not picked up. Since November, not one recycling pick-up has been made without me reminding Ryland to do so after our scheduled pick-up day. At this point, I am requesting a supervisor to call us. This is not the way to run a fair business.

Since we moved into our new home in November 2022, this will be my 4th request to complete the services that we pay for. I have been as patient as possible, and I am grateful that with each request, someone has come back out w/in a few days to pick up the missed recycling, however I do not think I should have to continue to make requests.
This week, we had additional trash that did not fit in the bin. We filled 2 cardboard boxes into a tight pile and bound them together for easy pickup. We also wrote "ryland TRASH" on both sides so there would be no mistake, we intended it to go with today's pickup., I even took a picture this mornin because of the Ryland's poor track record. I will wait for a response, but if this continues, we will be forced to seek legal advice. It is not fair that we pay for a service that never mentions I must bi-monthly remind them to do their job! .

Recycling not picked up again. Please advise us if we need to do something to keep this from continuing to be a problem. As you can probably see, I have had to report missed pickup every other week since late November. You guys have returned every time I have written in, and I thank you for that, however, I don't think I should be writing in bi-weekly to remind the crew we were missed. We are new to this address, so if we have the wrong color recycle bin or something of that nature please let us know how to obtain the right one. The recycling is still at the road awaiting pick-up

Thank you for your last response and coming back to get our recycling for the last pick up. Today is our next scheduled recycling pickup. As of 2:40 pm, the recycling has not been picked up. I know there is still a chance the crew will be coming today, but just in case they missed our road and are still in the area, I'd like to remind you guys that Farwell St. still needs to be serviced. Recycling pickups have been missed for at least 3 weeks on Forest Hill Ct. and several of roads along Forest Hill Rd. If recycling is no longer availed in our area, please let us know how you’d like us to handle the accumulating recyclables in our recycling bins. The regular trash trucks are obviously not going to empty these the way they currently are.
I know you guys are in a transition phase, therefore I am not upset, but would like a little guidance for myself and my neighbors.

Missed recycle pickup for all addresses on our road for the last 2 scheduled pickups (March 5 and March 19).

The culvert ditches on the right side of Forest Hill Ct needs to be dug out again. They began to fill with run off mud when the construction was going on on Forest Hill Rd. Now they clog up quickly with water all the way to driveway level when it rains.

Our recycle cart is over flowing. We’ve put it out the last 3 weeks and no pick up. I assumed I was off on my thought on which week it picks up, and maybe the holiday messed things up (I did leave it out an extra day b/c of the holiday). Our street is small and only myself and maybe 2 others participate, so I could see how they would miss us. But I really do appreciate being able to do my part and thank you for the opportunity. If it needs to be a monthly pickup for environmental or cut back issues, I understand. Please just let me know when you guys will be coming. Thank you for your time and service.
